VISION CEIE will make a powerful, positive impact on the lives of K-12 students by providing ongoing, results-oriented, job-embedded professional development to teachers and administrators to build leadership capacity, and develop professional learning communities that support a unified vision of uncompromising success for every learner.

Goals Goal 1: CEIE will provide high-quality, ongoing, results-oriented, job-embedded professional development through seminars, on-site coaching, and leadership institutes to elementary, middle and high schools. Goal 2: CEIE will offer Center membership to all K-12 districts and buildings in order to provide educators with professional support through research services, monthly newsletters, and access to a lending library of resources. Goal 3: CEIE will collaborate with other internal and external organizations to identify and develop funding proposals and revenue sources to support school improvement in all schools. Goal 4: CEIE will have a presence in state and national educational organizations as an advocate for all students.
